Is there a free trial?

How does the email-in address work?
Your account gets its own forwarding address, like yourcompany @ in.fleetopscentral.com. Forward a rate con from any email app and the load and a draft invoice are created automatically. Documents from senders you haven't approved wait in your inbox for a one-tap keep-or-block review.
Do my drivers need to install an app?
No. Your driver gets a link that opens in their phone's browser — navigation to each stop, one-tap status updates, and POD photo upload. Nothing to install, no login, nothing to teach.
How does the AI rate-con reading work?
Forward or upload the broker's rate confirmation — even a scanned or photographed PDF — and the platform extracts the load number, broker, stops, dates, and rate, then prefills the invoice for you to review.
Can I bring my existing brokers, drivers, and trucks?
Yes. Import them from simple CSV templates, or just start forwarding rate cons — each new broker record is created on the fly.
Does it work with my factoring company?
Yes. Any invoice can be bundled into a factoring packet — invoice, rate con, and POD merged into one PDF — ready to send to your factor, with a warning if the POD is missing.
Does it sync with QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online sync (customers, invoices, and payments) is coming soon. Until then you can export invoices to CSV for your accountant.
Is my data secure?
Sign in with a passkey or Face ID, or add two-factor authentication. Sensitive fields are encrypted, access is role-based and US-restricted behind a WAF, and account activity is logged.
