Fleet Operations Central ("Fleet Ops Central," "we," "us") provides a transportation-management platform at tms.fleetopscentral.com and this marketing site at www.fleetopscentral.com. This policy explains what data we handle when you use either one. Fleet Ops Central is offered in the United States only.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and company details when you sign up or invite teammates.
• Operational data you enter or forward — loads, rate confirmations, invoices, broker and customer contacts, documents and proof-of-delivery files, driver records, and expenses. This includes documents your team forwards to your company's email-in address.
• Payment and subscription data — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never store your card numbers.
• Emails sent and received on your behalf — when you email invoices to customers or capture inbound documents, those messages pass through our email infrastructure (Resend and our inbound email-in capture).
• Location data — only when a driver chooses to share their location through a driver link page or a geofenced check-in.
• Push notifications — device tokens, so we can deliver alerts you've turned on.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the platform: creating loads and invoices, sending the emails and texts you ask us to send, generating reports, and keeping your account secure. When you upload or forward a rate confirmation, an AI service processes the document to extract load details (pickup, delivery, rate, and similar fields) so you don't have to retype them. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your operational data for advertising.

Your data belongs to you

Every company on Fleet Ops Central owns the data in its account. Your loads, invoices, documents, and contacts are isolated to your tenant and visible only to the people you invite, according to the roles you give them. You can request a full export of your data, or deletion of your account and its data, by emailing hello@fleetopscentral.com.

How we protect it

• Encryption at rest, including field-level encryption for the most sensitive values.
• Passkey and two-factor login options.
• Role-based access control inside every account.
• Access restricted to the United States behind a web application firewall.
• Audit logging of sensitive actions.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to run the service: Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery, an AI service for document extraction, and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting. Each receives only the data needed to do its job.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from bots. Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms. The app itself uses session cookies to keep you logged in — nothing for tracking or advertising.

Changes and contact
